The Three Pillars

Introducing our seventh release of three single cask bottlings which include none other than a 30yo Single Grain! Our Strathclyde has been matured in a refill bourbon barrel for 28 years before being finished in a 1st fill bourbon for 18 months, the result is a whisky full of creamy fruit sweetness and warming spices. Second, we have our Teaninich 12yo finished in a Cheval Blanc wine Barrique for 17 months. This brings a fresh floral element to the whisky alongside a slight tartness and citrus layers. Finally, a delicious fruit bomb, Mannochmore 11yo, matured entirely for 11 years in a 2nd Fill Bourbon cask. Expect summer fruits and vanilla in this extremely (dangerously?) easy to drink dram!

A perfect trio for the warming weather! As always, please dram responsibly.

Whisky For Sharing

We are excited to announce a partnership with The Whiskey Lab, A USA importer and distributor who have been instrumental in getting our bottles onto the shelves of New York, Maryland, Washingston D.C and Texas. If you are based in the US, check out their website as they offer delivery to 46 states.

We’ve also teamed up with High-Spirits in Netherlands to help expand our presence within the Dutch market. With a series of activations happening in June where Ryan will be hosting tastings to celebrate this new and exciting partnership.

We have a few more markets in the pipeline – so please keep an eye on our socials and your mailbox to find out where we’ll be next!

Single Malt from Teaninich Distillery

A nose of unripe fruit, green grapes and white gooseberries. Very fresh and floral, like walking through a lemon grove with zestiness in the air. The taste at full strength has an initial freshness that quickly gives way to more savoury notes – lemon cheesecake with a slight tartness and some tannins (but only very slight). With water the nose has fresh green notes and sweetness like sliced watermelon. Smooth tinned fruit flavours with a nice medium finish prolongs the enjoyment.

Single Malt from Mannochmore Distillery

A Fruit Medley! Tinned fruit salad with the juice/syrup stewing the contents. Green grapes and strawberries are the most prominent but also freshly cut grass and subtle vanilla comes through. The syrup sweetness coats the tongue on first sip, followed by cinnamon, vanilla and poached pear. With water there is an added complexity which includes lemon notes becoming more intense along with vanilla – aromas of vanilla slice pastries. Beautiful!

Single Grain from Strathclyde Distillery

What a nose.. Bakewell tart and vanilla creaminess, icing sugar along with hints of blackcurrant jam. Taste neat is an initial wave of mango, lychee and melon, it’s very tropical. This gives way to warming spices, cloves and nutmeg. The reduced nose remains similar, with the vanilla becoming much more prominent. With a splash of water, it’s simply a dream. Smooth, sweet and very moreish .. be careful!
