We’ve doubled things up with our latest whisky release! Our usual release of three (although one does have a greedy angel) alongside three octave cask finishes. So on one hand, our biggest release, on another, some of our rarest bottlings.

Introducing our tenth release of six (!!) single cask bottlings which includes one of the rarest casks ever released, a Chain Pier. An Edinburgh distillery that only produced 39 casks between 2018 and 2019. We’ve taken cask number 32 and finished it in a 2nd fill peated red wine octave giving it unparalleled depth and flavour.
Of course we have five others in this release. A 1st fill bourbon Inchgower, a 2nd Fill Port Mannochmore, a heavily peated red wine matured Bladnoch and of course two other 2nd fill peated red wine octave finshed whiskies with a Braeval and Inchmurrin
This latest whisky release is one that caters for all to all flavour profiles – and ones you didn’t even know existed!

Following on from our success at the World Whisky Awards 2025, Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition, and the International Wines, Spirits Competition and the Spirits Selection by CMB we picked up Gold and Category Winner at World Whisky Awards 2026 for our Lochindaal 16yo and Silver for our Craigellachie 16yo
Further still we have carried on our streak with The Whisky Lounge, adding to our Stand of the Day award with Newport, Wales accompanying our previous York & Manchester trophies!
Nose: Ripe strawberries, baked apples and peach nectar mingle with white chocolate and tropical notes of mango and banana. Beneath the fruit lies a gentle floral quality typical of Mannochmore, with hints of honeycomb and soft vanilla.
Palate: Bright orchard fruits develop into poached pears and juicy stone fruits, wrapped in rich red berry compote. The port influence adds layers of cinnamon-spiced red wine, dried fruits and a touch of cocoa, while the distillery’s elegant spirit keeps everything lifted and fresh.
Finish: Lingering red berries, gentle spice and a subtle note of burnt Demerara sugar.

Nose: Fresh pineapple, peach and melon leap from the glass alongside vanilla custard, buttercream and honey. The coastal character of Inchgower adds a subtle saline edge beneath the sweetness.
Palate: Tropical fruits continue with ripe peach, melon and citrus oils. Waves of vanilla fudge, toasted oak and baking spices build across the palate, balanced by a slightly waxy texture and a hint of sea spray.
Finish: Warming oak spice, vanilla pod and a lingering note of dark treacle and molasses.

Single Cask
Nose: Sweet peat smoke and charred barbecue ribs dominate initially, followed by orange zest, polished leather and candle wax. The red wine influence brings dark berries and rich fruitcake notes, while the maritime spirit offers a subtle coastal freshness.
Palate: Rich and oily in texture. Smoked meats, roasted beef and red wine jus intertwine with dark cherries, blackberries and cracked black pepper. The combination of peat and wine casks creates remarkable depth for its age.
With Water: The smoke softens and becomes more reminiscent of smouldering oak embers. Dark fruits become more pronounced, joined by hints of sea air and dried herbs.
Finish: Long, savoury and smoky with lingering dark fruits and warming spice.

Nose: Fresh orchard fruits, red apples and orange peel combine with pomegranate and raspberry notes. The naturally fruity Braeval spirit shines through with delicate floral and grassy undertones.
Palate: Red berries and juicy orchard fruits evolve into redcurrants, cranberry and pink peppercorn. The octave adds subtle tannins and structure rather than dominating, allowing the distillery’s elegant Speyside character to remain front and centre.
Finish: Drying red fruits, gentle spice and a whisper of wood smoke.

Nose: Blackberries, blackcurrants and raspberry coulis lead, followed by lemon zest and candied orange peel. The distinctive fruity character of Inchmurrin brings notes of pear drops and tropical fruit beneath the darker berry influence.
Palate: Rich and mouth-coating with milk chocolate, caramel and forest fruits. Blackberry jam and blackcurrant continue alongside ginger spice, cinnamon and soft oak tannins.
Finish: Warming spice, dark berries and lingering chocolate-covered fruit.

Nose: Red berries, baked apples and blackcurrant cordial sit alongside vanilla cream and soft oak. A savoury complexity emerges with hints of freshly baked sourdough, proving dough and toasted malt.
Palate: Layers of red fruits and sweet spice develop into notes of Welsh rarebit, Worcestershire sauce and pickled jalapeño. The spirit displays a fascinating balance between sweetness and savoury depth, with creamy vanilla and subtle oak supporting throughout.
Finish: Long and evolving with dark fruits, mature cheese, gentle spice and lingering savoury notes reminiscent of Shropshire Blue on digestive biscuits.
