Third Quarter – three more Tri Carragh bottlings and three new distilleries for us!
Introducing our eleventh and quarter three release of 2026. Three more single cask bottlings and all brand new distilleries for us. Personally (Ryan) this release is perhaps my favourite of all, a prime example of whiskies full of depth, complexity and flavour.
This latest whisky release is one that caters for all to all flavour profiles – and ones you didn’t even know existed!

Following on from our success at the World Whisky Awards 2025, Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition, and the International Wines, Spirits Competition and the Spirits Selection by CMB we picked up Gold and Category Winner at World Whisky Awards 2026 for our Lochindaal 16yo and Silver for our Craigellachie 16yo
Further still we have carried on our streak with The Whisky Lounge, adding to our Stand of the Day award with Newport, Wales accompanying our previous York & Manchester trophies!
A nose of strawberries, banana, mango, raspberry ripple icecream bringing Lychee, mango Green Cardamon, chinese five spice on the palate
With Water it softens into more tropical fruits like yellow melon, pear on the nose followed by a palate that’s even more mouth watering. Soft red fruits with spices still present but more subtle and warming. Medium finish

Single Cask
The unreduced nose initially gives red currants, maraschino cherries, lemon meringue tart before beginning to soften with softer red fruits, strawberries and raspberries. Neat the taste has fruits continue before building in warm, this red wine poached pears with slight tannins at the end.
With water the softer red fruits become much more prominent on the nose along with vanilla and strawberry filled swiss roll
The reduced taste is similar as before; lovely fruitiness with a long lingering finish with gentle spices, like cinnamon and cloves.

27 Month Finish
The nose is like a bouquet of flowers, think lavender, purple roses, heather in full bloom with hints of parma violets, some dark fruits and liquorice behind. On the palate it remains floral but much more fruity now as well. Blackberries, raspberries and warmed Vimto with ‘Xmas spices’ (cloves, nutmeg)
With water the floral notes are still prominent but with Ribena and lavendar honey coming through as well. However on the reduced palate the fruit explodes to the forefront. Ribena blackcurrants, red grapes, figs and blackberries. The finish lingers beautifully.
