Our fifth release and the second of 2024 is now available to buy direct!
This was a hugely successful release – reaching a record number of stockists. So much so we are unable to sell any of our North British 33yo directly as we have sold out!
However some are still available out in the wild so be sure to check out our stockists.
You can find the full list of Tri Carragh shops and bars by visiting our stockists page. Previous release bottles are available directly through our shop.
Introducing our fifth release of three single cask bottlings which include our very first single grain whisky. Our North British has been matured in a single bourbon barrel for over three decades, slowly maturing and developing soft, sweet flavours. In contrast, we have two Oloroso sherry finished single malts, one from the Highlands region and one from Speyside. A 21 month finish and a massive 5 year ‘finish’ for the other. A sherry lovers dream!
Tri Carragh comes to the Netherlands! We are excited to announce that you can now find Tri Carragh bottlings in the Netherlands thanks to our fantastic importer, SPIRITS.services
We’ve also partnered with The Scottish Gantry at their new Edinburgh flagship store. The full range of Tri Carragh whisky, past and present can be found and tried from their bespoke tasting flight menu so customers can always try before they buy. A must visit when you are in Edinburgh.
As well as adding more stockists (now over 25 in the UK), Ryan and Ola continue to travel the length and breadth of the UK showcasing Tri Carragh at major festivals and hosting masterclass tastings. Ensure you follow us on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and X to find out where we’ve been and where we are going next!
The nose neat is full of vanilla sweetness. Scones with strawberry jam & clotted cream, Victoria Sponge, white chocolate cookies and buttery pastries invite you in. The palate lives up to the nose with added warmed whole grain bread and marmalade. Water intensifies the vanilla notes on the nose while bringing creaminess on the reduced palate, melted vanilla ice cream with melted white chocolate .. Delicious!

With aromas of polished mahogany wood, cinnamon spice, red apples, cider, cherries, almonds, tablet and milk chocolate – fills the senses with flavour! The unreduced palate continues with wood spice, cinnamon, red fruits and tannins. With water, apples and cider are more prominent bringing a freshness to the floral notes from a morning dew on the fields around Aultmore distillery. The taste with water is much juicer. Red berries join the apples and add depth of flavour. Very moreish!

Ripe fruits, peaches and blood orange initially on the nose, followed by ‘pink panther’ wafers, toffees and millionaire shortcake. Tannins, bitter citric notes and blood orange to taste with hints of jaffa cake. With water, the same aromas with the addition of tinned fruit and white chocolate. The reduced palate softens the tannins and brings with it peaches, apples, plums and apricots with the blood orange a consistent note throughout.
