The Three Pillars

Introducing our eighth release of three single cask bottlings which include none other than a 30yo Single Malt! Our Braes of Glenlivet has been matured in a single refill bourbon barrel for 30 years bringing you a whisky bursting with sweetness that keeps you coming back.

Second, we have our Linkwood 13yo, which, having been matured in refill bourbon has had a massive 29 month finish in a Pedro Ximenez Hogshead giving notes of red berries, dark fruits, figs, dates as well as hints of vanilla and tropical fruits.

Finally, a delicious Ardmore 11yo completes the trio. Matured entirely for 11 years in a 2nd fill bourbon ex-laphroaig cask, the Ardmore offers something unique and special mixing together sweet-and-smoky flavours that unfold in waves, with a long and lingering finish.

A perfect trio for the mix of Autumn and the darkening nights! As always, please dram responsibly.

Awards Success

We are proud to share that our bottlings are going from strength to strength in 2025 with huge success at multiple internationally recognised awards. Kicking off the Year was the finals of the World Whisky Awards in London where our Glen Garioch 11yo was annouced as the best Highland Single Cask Single Malt.

Two months later the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition awarded our Macduff 13yo Silver before the International Wines and Spirits Competition awarded the same to our Aultmore 16yo and Inchgower 16yo.

To have this success across such a wide range of our releases is everything we aim for at Tri Carragh. So that, for every bottling, no matter it’s style, flavour, age or origin to be full of flavour, complexity and above all quality.

Single Malt from Braes of Glenlivet Distillery

A nose you could enjoy all day — toffee apples, vanilla fudge, red apples, strawberries, sugar icing… the list goes on. It’s bursting with sweetness that keeps you coming back. Neat, expect flavours of fruit cake, gentle spices, and creamy complexity. Add water and the whisky opens beautifully, amplifying ripe fruit and estery notes. Water softens the spice on the palate, letting the strawberry and icing notes shine. Absolutely delicious!

Single Malt from Linkwood Distillery

Opens with red berries and dark fruits on the nose, followed by vanilla and a creamy note — think vanilla scone with clotted cream & jam. On the palate: dark redcurrants, figs, dates, nuts, and a subtle tannic grip. With water, the vanilla steps forward and a delicate rosewater aroma appears. The reduced palate becomes juicier, more tropical, with soft caramel syrup on the finish.

Single Malt from Ardmore Distillery

The nose bursts with light peat smoke, reminiscent of glowing embers. As the smoke settles, sweet notes emerge: vanilla, lemon, pineapple, and buttery pastries. This is a sweet-and-smoky dram with layers that unfold in waves, finishing long and lingering. With water, the pastry notes become more pronounced, revealing even greater complexity. The reduced palate follows the same path — a whisky full of depth and character.
